Big Free Boot Camp

A staple event of ASCEND, reimagined at Velum Fermentation, right downstairs of our South Side gym!

• FREE YOGA/FITNESS EVENT but you must register here! Everyone participating needs their own ticket, please only reserve a spot for yourself! If you want to take this class with a friend, share this registration link with them! (Reserving spots for others tremendously slows down the check-in process the day of, since the staff will need to register them before the class starts.)
• Bring your own mat. (We have a very limited amount to borrow.)
• All participants must have an ASCEND waiver completed. This should be done ahead of time via through our website.
