When the lights go down, the fun goes up! Join us for a spooky evening where we transform our climbing area into a memorable sight to see! Break out your costumes* for a spooky night of headlamp climbing!

*Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Please refrain from wearing a costume which includes paint, glitter, or sharp objects which could all damage the climbing pads or yourself. Thank you!

CANCELLATION + MISSED CLASS POLICY

• Cancel more than 7 days before your booking: You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.

• Cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before your booking: You will receive 100% of your payment back as store credit.

• Cancel less than 48 hours before your booking: No refund or store credit will be issued.

• Cancel within 30 minutes of class start time: Issued $5 No Show Fee

Any participant who misses a yoga, fitness, climbing, or slackline class, or cancels within 30 minutes of the class start time, will first be issued a warning, and then on subsequent incidents will be issued a $5 No Show Fee, to be placed directly into the ASCEND Equity + Outreach Fund. This fee will be invoiced to your account and must be paid prior to using the facility in the future. The goal is an attempt to curb habits, protect valuable space for others, and to raise a little money for this valuable fund -- NOT to charge our beloved members fees as punishment. This policy is an attempt to be as fair as possible to our entire community. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so through your portal account or call the front desk.

Treat our staff and your fellow climbers with kindness and respect.
