A 5-week course designed for beginner and intermediate climbers who would like to learn more about competition climbing, practice comp formats, train specifically for peak progression, and potentially compete in the upcoming Steel Town Throw Down comp on Dec. 12+13 at ASCEND South Side. Even if you don't participate in the bouldering comp, this program will raise your knowledge of climbing styles, be super fun, and get you in amazing shape!

The 2nd ASCEND Flagship City Throw Down, scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, happening at ASCEND Erie, is Erie's premier climbing competition, designed for anyone who likes a little friendly competition while having a great time!
